Building a High-Impact Organizational Culture & Leadership
Transforming the Workplace and Deliver Extraordinary Customer Value
For the first time in Saudi Arabia & GCC
High-Impact organizations have two primary attributes. One, they provide a transformative workplace, and two, they consistently deliver extraordinary value to their customers. These twin attributes allow them to respond to dynamic changes in the marketplace and quickly execute their strategy.
Why This and Why Now?
The Gallup organization has calculated that the lack of employee engagement worldwide costs employers $7 Trillion annually. Or nearly the combined economies of Germany and Japan. In the U.S., 67% of all employees are either nonengaged (meaning they contribute little to innovation) or actively sabotaging their employers. Worldwide, this number is 87%.
highly interactive workshop you will discover the following:
- How to design and map the right culture to strategically and operationally win in the marketplace.
- How the leadership system will drive the development of leadership capacities and capabilities.
- How to leverage the leadership system to build employee engagement.
- How to maximize the value of the three sources of capital every organization has,
This will be a highly interactive workshop. Therefore, we will actively seek the engagement and participation of every participant.
Note: All participants have to turn on their Cameras for the best interaction and benefits.
